We are a group of women exploring how to best serve women in the world to achieve their full potential. Our focus is primarily career, though our interviews are open to response regarding all aspects of life.

We believe that by first talking with women from all walks of life, we achieve a more diverse perspective on how we can best support those around us.

The interview will be conducted within a 30-minute window at a date and time of your choosing. This will be conducted remotely, and can include women from anywhere in the country. In the interview, you will be asked questions from the pre-determined list, along with some follow up or clarification questions that may not be listed.

The data and information collected during these interviews will be shared with the Women With Potential group. Any information that is shared on social media or with other parties will require consent from the interview participants prior to distribution.

Once the interviews have ended, we will compile all of our data to formulate our next steps. All interview participants will be kept up to date on our initiatives, and may be invited to pilot certain programs.

As part of our mission to research the multi-dimensional barriers for career and economic success, we will also provide all participants an optional survey to share demographic data. It is not required to complete, and interviewees may opt out of completing this survey at their discretion.

This research project is open to anyone within the United States that identifies as a women. This includes women of any background, age, race, religion, or social status.
